* Ensure the quality of video editing results from the entire Video Editor team meets the same standard.
* Develop a training program for the Video Editor Team based on competency needs.
* Conduct regular training sessions (monthly or every six months) to improve the team's editing skills. * Guide Content Creators in the video production process to ensure alignment with brand standards and target audiences. * Establish quality standard for videos produced by the team, both technically and aesthetically. * Create production guidelines for the team based on project types and client requirments.
